Our Team

Jeff serves as the Lead Pastor, working hand-in-hand with Lacy to lead their family and HopeUC Cincinnati according to to God’s Word and leading. He has a B.A. Religion from Vanguard University, where he focused on Pastoral Care and Theology. He has served in ministry for 20+ years, since the age of 17, from youth ministry all the way through Associate Pastor level.
He loves playing with and teaching Jameson new things, sports (Go Buckeyes!), studying, and getting outdoors to take in God’s creation.

Lacy serves alongside Jeff in leading their family and HopeUC Cincinnati. Lacy has decades of leadership experience, and is currently in a National Director role. She also has a B.A. in Religion from Vanguard, and enjoys developing people towards their full potential.
She enjoys exercising, spending quality time with her family, and fun, smaller gatherings with friends.

Mark is a retired attorney and church planter. He has led multiple churches while remaining bivocational in a high-demand field. He is ordained with the Christian Missionary Alliance and is 100% dedicated to Scripture.
He enjoys roasting his own coffee, good food, and enjoying the outdoors.

Jayne has been leading for decades, specifically in the sphere of Credit Unions. While leading churches alongside Mark, she also lead in business development, strategy and customer experience with credit unions across the United States.
Jayne loves family meals, travel, good books, and time by the pool (all things family vacation!).
